AstroPandit is an Android Vedic astrology app with birth-chart details and an AI “Pandit Ji” you can ask questions. The current listing offers chart-based conversations in English, Hindi, and Hinglish. I made it because I wanted astrology to be accessible freely, with clear chart information and without false promises about what will happen.

Why did I make AstroPandit?

I wanted a tool where someone could explore a chart and ask a question without feeling pushed into per-minute billing. The aim was to make the underlying astrology easier to examine, rather than hide it behind a confident prediction or a promise that cannot be guaranteed.

When I say I want it to be correct, I mean that chart calculations and explanations should follow the stated inputs and tradition. That is different from proving that astrology predicts events. Interpretations are not guarantees, and an AI can still misunderstand a question or give an answer that needs checking.

What can you explore?

  • A Janam Kundali with chart, planetary positions, and houses.
  • Lagna, moon sign, and nakshatra details.
  • Vimshottari dasha periods.
  • Ashtakoot matching and the component scores.
  • Chart-based conversations and daily, weekly, or monthly interpretations.

The store describes calculations using the Lahiri Ayanamsa. Birth date, time, and place are important inputs to the chart workflow. If those inputs are uncertain, treat the output with that uncertainty in mind rather than reading a precise-looking chart as certainty.

How does the conversation work?

The listing describes signing in with Google, entering birth details, and asking Pandit Ji a question. It draws on chart information and can reply in the language you use, including Hinglish. The conversation is with an AI, not a human astrologer.

You can ask for an explanation of a chart element or the reasoning behind an interpretation. That is a better use of the tool than treating a confident response as an instruction to make a major decision. Keep practical decisions grounded in evidence and appropriate professional advice.

Is AstroPandit free?

As checked on 14 October 2026, the Play Store description says it is free to use, with no subscription, per-minute billing, or birth-chart paywall. The listing also labels the app as containing ads. Check the current store page for changes rather than treating this article as a permanent pricing promise.

Where can you download it?

Download AstroPandit from Google Play. Screenshots show the home view, AI conversation, and Kundali details with example profiles. The app is intended for interpretation and entertainment, not certainty about health, money, relationships, or the future.

If you enjoy a different kind of AI conversation, see Sakura. Find all six releases on the Apps page.
